Our Story

​​The Ghadimi Group is a multigenerational real estate firm based in Boulder, Colorado. Our vertically integrated subsidiaries invest in, develop, and manage a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use real estate in California, Colorado, Missouri, Texas, and Virginia.

Over the past 45 years, the Ghadimi Group has earned a reputation for serving and enhancing the communities around us. Collaboration with workforce development, educational, arts, and cultural organizations enrich our understanding of place.

Leadership

Nader Ghadimi

Nader Ghadimi is the Founder of the Ghadimi Group. He is also the Founding Partner of Emerald Management, and serves as the Managing Partner of Emerald Investments. His proven success in commercial real estate and investment in his community define the foundation of the companies he has built. Mr. Ghadimi received his MBA from the Leeds School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the University of Colorado.

Andrew Ghadimi

Andrew Ghadimi is the Managing Partner of the Ghadimi Group. He serves as Partner of Emerald Management and Head of Development for Emerald Development. Mr. Ghadimi spearheads community-oriented development in Colorado, Texas, and the Midwest, including Emerald Workshops and BMoCA’s new museum in North Boulder. He is a board member of Display Ventures and a founding partner of Plane Site and Aerial Futures. He received his MBA from IESE in Barcelona, and a bachelor's degree in urban design and architecture from NYU.

Ryan Garney

Ryan Garney is the Chief Operating Officer of the Ghadimi Group and Emerald Management, and Managing Broker at Emory Roads Real Estate. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. He is accredited by the Planning Institute of Colorado (P.I.C.).
